Delivery Information Are your shipments dispatched from Ireland, or overseas? All orders are dispatched from within Ireland. What is your packaging like? Is it discreet? If someone smells it will they know what's inside? All flower and hash orders are packaged inside three sealed layers. Between the second and third layer we spray fragranced odour eater to eliminate and mask any escaping smells. The products are then packaged in plain packaging with no distinguishing marks or features. Discretion and privacy is our utmost priority. When will my order be dispatched? Orders are dispatched same day if payment clears before midday. Orders received in the afternoon we will try to dispatch same day, however this is not guaranteed. Who will deliver my parcel? We currently ship with DPD, or An Post, which you can select at checkout. Do you provide tracking details? If you choose a tracked postage method, tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. What happens if I don't receive my order? On extremely rare occasions when parcels aren't delivered we will offer the choice of a replacement or full refund.
